Levan Tortladze
Levan Tortladze is a highly experienced orthodontist with over 25 years of clinical experience in modern dentistry. After graduating from Tbilisi Medical Institute in 1998, he completed his postgraduate training, internship, and clinical residency at Dnipropetrovsk Medical Academy in Ukraine, where he refined his clinical skills and developed a strong foundation in comprehensive dental care.
In addition to his clinical work, Tortladze has played an important role in the development of the dental industry in Georgia. In 2012, he founded Dentalmarket, a company dedicated to supplying modern dental materials, equipment, and technologies to dental professionals. He subsequently established a 3D Dental Laboratory, introducing advanced digital solutions and innovative manufacturing techniques to support high-quality dental restorations and orthodontic treatments. In 2017, he founded Enamel Dental Clinic in Tbilisi, creating a modern multidisciplinary dental center focused on delivering comprehensive, patient-centered care.
Throughout his career, Tortladze has remained committed to professional excellence and continuous education, participating in numerous international congresses, symposiums, and advanced training programs across the United States, Japan, South Korea, Slovakia, Ukraine, and Georgia. His areas of interest include modern orthodontic treatment, digital dentistry, implantology, and advanced dental technologies.
Since the establishment of Enamel Dental Clinic, Tortladze has led the clinic’s development and growth, providing personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's individual needs. In addition to his clinical practice, he has served as an Assistant Professor at Caucasus International University since 2024, contributing to the education and development of future dental professionals.

Irakli Machavariani
Irakli Machavariani is an experienced prosthodontist, oral surgeon, healthcare executive, and entrepreneur with more than 20 years of professional experience in clinical dentistry and healthcare management. He graduated from Tbilisi State Medical University, Faculty of Dentistry, completed his residency training in Prosthodontics, and holds state certifications in Prosthodontics (Orthopedic Dentistry) and Oral Surgery.
Throughout his professional career, he has focused on complex prosthetic rehabilitation, restorative dentistry, oral surgery, and full-mouth functional reconstruction. His approach combines clinical precision, long-term treatment planning, and attention to functional and aesthetic outcomes, allowing him to successfully manage a wide range of dental cases.
From 2006 to 2012, Machavariani worked as Chief Physician and Prosthodontic Specialist in multidisciplinary dental clinics, where he was responsible for advanced patient care as well as clinical coordination and team management. This period played an important role in shaping his leadership skills and his systematic approach to running dental services.
In 2012, he founded Dentalmarket, a company that contributed to the introduction of leading international dental materials and modern technologies to the Georgian dental market. Building on this initiative, he later established a 3D Dental Laboratory, supporting the development of modern production standards and improving the quality and efficiency of dental laboratory services.
Since 2017, Machavariani has been actively involved in the development and management of Enamel Dental Clinic in Tbilisi, helping it grow into a modern multidisciplinary dental center focused on high standards of care, structured clinical processes, and continuous development.
In addition to his clinical activity, he is an experienced healthcare manager and entrepreneur with a strong focus on organizational development, operational efficiency, and the advancement of modern dental practice systems in Georgia. His work has contributed to strengthening the infrastructure and professionalism of contemporary dentistry in the country.
